Please help identify samples. Primarily on if a custom, or not.

I’m pretty sure these are all BCCs but no idea regarding their provenance. Any of these start off as customs or for an individual? Or were they all group buys and widely available?

Blue Ridge
Paradise Island
Coconut Beach
GCOP
Grand Cardroom

Not sure of these. There’s like 5 iterations of Nevada jacks, I don’t even know what the 2nd set is called, no idea on no mold chesterfields and whether haribes were made for a single person or group, etc. Anything “custom”?

Nevada Jacks
Green Leaf Wings
Caribe Hilton
Chesterfield
Enigma
Capones Casino

I don’t know manufacturer or difference, let alone which are retail vs group vs solo custom (if any).

I'm not sure the grand card rooms were widely available. I would treat them as customs, and if you don't want them I know a guy

Tournament Horseshoe plastic - Liftapint had these custom made, love these chips

GCOP was a group buy done by Pasi (many sets were ordered)

Grand Cardroom was a group buy done by Joshua Dalton who owned the MGK mold (very small batch)

Blue Ridge was a private set (huge one tho)

Update:

Coconut Beach was a limited sample set run

Paradise Island, also on the sun mold...so I presume another limited sample run (mold was reserved for mainly casino orders).

Last two sets are not really known to me and I have a passion for the BCC chips, can not remember seeing playable sets of the last 2.

Nevada Jacks - clay poker set sold by Nevada Jacks

Green Leaf Wings - there is a name for these, but forgot. i think Poker Set but not sure who sold them.

Chesterfield - I believe these are Rounders Replica sold by CPC. I think the real prop chips had "$" signs

Capones Casino - These were stock poker chips made by RT plastics and sold by Gambler's General Store.

GCOP (not WCOP) ceramic - group buy add on, some time after original BCC group buy

Aria ceramic - i recall this was a group buy

WPS Horsehoe plastic - also a group buy. I think these are Matsui's?

The caribe’s are ceramics from the ~2020 group buy off PCF allegedly from Mandy chips.

Blue Ridge
Paradise Island
Coconut Beach
GCOP
Grand Cardroom

Nevada Jacks
Green Leaf Wings

Blue Ridge - custom set made close to the end of BCCs run. I think ~5000 were made as BCC increased min buy to 5000 chips.
Paradise Island - not sure
Coconut Beach - retail set
GCOP - group buy by CT member puggy. It was pretty big. But not sure of the total numbers.
Grand Cardroom - group buy by CT member MarkT(?). Josh Dalton owned the MGK mold but he didn't run the group buy. He sold use of the mold at a per chip fee. A few thousand were made - enough to convince BCC to allow the 8v spot on the 25¢.
Nevada Jacks - retail set
Green Leaf - called Modern Clay - retail set

Blue Ridge was a guy named Chuck - successful online poker and VT fan, believe he lived in the Blacksburg area.
