Pick one!

Stardust 4th Series C&J $20 - Despite being open for fifty-odd years, this is the only $20 chip the Stardust ever had. This inlay artwork might be the best of its era. If you tilt the chip in light, the silver stars almost disappear (see 4th pic), but then you tilt it back again and they are clear as day (see 1st pic). I cannot think of another chip off the top of my head that does this.

Lakeshore Inn $20 - Lakeshore Inn had one order of chips, ever, and only three inlaid chips, ever. This was the highest denom. Chipguide says these were used in 1985-1986 and at no other time. It's pretty sweet that these chips are out there in sets for some of PCF's high rollers to own.

Close vote so far (5-5). I might have guessed this one would be close, but I did not think about it a head of time.

I’m honestly shocked that the Stardust is so loved.
It’s a cool chip for sure. Not my favorite because of the monochromatic edge spots (and the fact that it’s a CJ, not Paulson.).
But honestly, the Lakeshore Inn chip is flawed too. It’s base color is poop, and a lot of people don’t like golf.
So though I laughed at first, it’s actually a good contest.

It's actually bizarre that either of these are semifinalists. I thought this denom had a lot of great stuff going on from the original nomination thread but these are just blah. The RCP Gang has to defend the lakeshore because it props up the price of their NAGB investment and the Stardust Nerds have Stockholm syndrome!

Bumping this competitive contest. The other one is over, despite a few days of voting still remaining.

Close one! But, bye Lakeshore…

A chip other than a Paulson will be our favorite $20. Interesting!

I think the Burt-style inserts actually make the two-color clay chip face work, and highlight the bright inlay artwork.

I doubt it would be nearly as popular if it had sloppy Paulson side paint.

Crazy talk - lol. What is not to love on the Stardust $20. One of my favorite chips of all time, sorry, not sorry - lol. It’s simplicity IS it’s beauty.

Lakeshore is not even close, no contest. How can you not love these:

One of the greatest inlays ever - IMHO.
