Hello PCF!

My name is Martin, and I have decided to join the forum in hopes of obtaining a Horseshoe $1 set. I got into poker chips when I learned about Texas hold'em during my junior year of high school. I've grown fascinated with the game and continue playing it to present day. My favorite hand is queen-jack suited because it's the hand that helped me land a $725 check at an $80 buy-in NLH tournament. Apart from poker chips, I also enjoy collecting playing card decks! My profile picture features a few cards out of a Cherry Casino V3 deck that is no longer in production.

Thanks for the welcome MrBoosh, my current favorite paper decks in my collection are some red and brown uncancelled Wynn casino decks. I also have a 1979 Golden Nugget deck in red. Those are my favorite "show and tell" decks, mainly because they cost me quite a bit and they wouldn't withstand rigorous use of play. My favorite plastic decks that I actually use for my home games however, are the Faded Spade and Copag 4 color decks (yes I do use traditional 2-tone decks as well, I just find the 4-color ones more aesthetically pleasing).
