Managed to put the label down but it's a padron #48.
Had to leave the sub zero degrees of Norway to get a proper smoke. Also got a calm 10oz "shot" of zacapa to go with it. Which is about 7.5 times the max legal serving limit in Norway for less than the double price in Norway. Actually more like 50% more than the 4cl we get. Also $180 for 10 padrons, so pretty much near heaven.
I think I'd need to see the condition of the cigars that come out of that cabinet, but it's an interesting tale.

Ya wowza. I haven't smoked many from this box because they're sooo plugged and so I spent some time with a Perfecdraw and so glad I did. Fantastic notes of cinnamon, dark chocolate, and intense black pepper. Not a great mid afternoon stick in hindsight but very strong flavor profile

It’s been too cold and rainy to smoke lately. Nice to sneak a short one in.
Been using SensorPush for 3-4 years, and lately I'm losing confidence in the humidity readings. They are at odds, sometimes by 10%, with backup hygrometers I have in the boxes. I calibrated carefully with a kit, and I’ve replaced the batteries, even though there was no “low bat” warning.

Lol, fucker. So I actually usually do smoke with the left hand, so no. Lighting the stick, that was more of a challenge, nearly set my mustache and eyebrows on fireDoes it taste different in the left hand?
@Lil Tuna thank you again my friend, this was a great stick. I haven't smoked too many DCs but every one I've had has been a pleasure, these are so well made. Perfect draw from the start and zero corrections, relights or resnips needed, and tons and tons of rich smoke. This one started out on the darker/fuller side for Dominican stick - dark semi-sweet chocolate, toasted hazelnut, cedar, coffee and plenty of spice/pepper. The second half, the spice/strength dialed back a just a bit and got incredibly creamy, with sweet toffee and more of the toasted nut flavor coming through, with just a hint of the floral notes I get in their flagship blend. Subtle and crazy well balanced. And thankfully I was able to get my draw tool out for nubbing without impailing myself lol. Great cigar for a chill, relaxing afternoon.
