Reshipping (ordering closed) Oval Time Buttons Order Thread (1 Viewer)

Hi everyone I have asked @SUN-FLY Poker Chips for the total quote for the chips and the shipping quote. We should be able to get .65 per Buttons since we have over 1000 buttons. Once I get the totals I will start collecting from everyone. I will break people into group PMs and collect via the group PMs. Once everything is collected I will ask for an invoice and pay to begin production.

Ben is in for sure. He had posted in the interest thread and got caught up with stuff this week. So he is good.

Hello Everyone Sunfly has responded to me and Shipping will be $550 and the Paypal fee will be $89 for a Total of $639. There are 28 people including myself in this Group buy. That would make the Split shipping cost to the US to be $23 a person which will be added to everyone's total. We were able to get .65 sent a chip since we went over 1000. I will break everyone down into 6 groups and start collecting in those groups and have Everyone's totals. Once the chips arrive I will then collect shipping from me to you.

There is nothing we can do about the shipping. John is using DHL and he had tried Fed-Ex and UPS and they are more. This is a crazy time in this world and Shipping prices have gone up even within this country.

@CrazyEddie is only requesting three chips (one of each color) and I have spare sample chips where I can send him 3 separate from this GB.
 
Hi Guys we are close to being able to get the invoice and pay. We have 21 out of 28 Payments. Hopefully we can get the remaining payments by the weekend and request and pay Monday. It is already Friday Morning in China so the weekend will have already started by our Friday morning here in the US.
 
Hi Guys just an update we are down to 3 payments remaining. We can then request the invoice. The 4th Payment is going to Australia and I will need to figure out the shipping so one Payment can be requested from that member.

We're close to getting requesting the invoice. We have two payments remaining. The one user in Australia has paid me before I figured out the Australia shipping, but Sun-Fly gave me a direct quote and it could be slightly cheaper for me to reship instead of them sending the TIME Buttons to him. I'm believing the weight of these TIME Buttons it will be cheapest to send every one with Flat Rate boxes weather they are small, medium, or large boxes.

Hello Everyone- I can't thank you guys all enough as we are 100% Compliance on Payment for the TIME Buttons!!! Everyone was pretty quick in paying. One week's time is awesome. I requested the invoice from Sun-Fly already. By the time I order I usually have one or two who haven't paid in most of my Group buys and they always end up paying after I tell them I put the order in. With Dealer Buttons it's a little easier because people are ordering 1 to 3 and I can resell if I don't get paid. Like even with this group buy with the last 2 members they were people I trusted and dealt with and was going to get the invoice tonight regardless, but they paid today.

Only on the very first Group buy I did in 2017/2018 one member didn't Pay me. He was a long time well respected member on here. He ordered a few DBs and then when it came time for me to collect he never responded to me. I had sent him something like 5-6 PMs telling him the buttons have arrived and he ghosted me. I saw that he was online multiple times a day and on every day of the week. I finally gave up. Shortly after, during a time when we allowed Raffles on here, I began to see a pattern where he would dib spots in raffles and always be the person that the people running raffles couldn't get in touch with for payment. I had contacted the raffle runners and they confirmed they couldn't get a response and I told them what happened to me. They opened the spot which was filled quickly. I learned my lesson from my first GB that I need to collect almost all the payments up front unless it is a person I know or deal with a lot. That member is not an active member on here any longer.

Looks like time for someone with a 3D printer to make some new Racks to fit these. Man a generic bounty on these would be pretty damn cool too!

Hi guys Sunfly gave me an update. On Saturday they handed all our packages to their shipping forwarder to transfer all the packages to Hong Kong to be shipped via DHL. The DHL Tracking # on the website shows the label has been created, but does not show the package has been sent yet. I will give the next update when the Buttons are on the way to me.

Here is the shipping update. Looks like our four Packages have arrived in Cincinnati and they are in the US going through customs and then headed to Eilzabeth, NJ(probably Newark Airport). So the packages are scheduled to arrive to me on Monday the 22nd.

I will then need a day or two to sort through the packages and then figure out the the best way to send out the 1st set of TIME Buttons to Group 2 and then begin collect shipping. Then once group 2 is sent I'll move on to 3, 4, 5 in that order. I'm almost certain they will all need to go via Flat Rate boxes because of the size and weight.

Group 1 is a group I have to wait on something else to send you and will combine shipping with the TIME Buttons, Military Buttons, and another set of Buttons.
