That is doable depending on what options selected.
Sorry if I missed it in the thread, but do Texas card houses typically hand shuffle? No auto shufflers usually?
I had this same thought about the website. That's a prime piece of branding real estate. While there's nothing wrong with the silhouettes, I would strongly advise against using any secondary logo in that spot on the website.I'm not really understanding the branding images you showed. The stylized "nobleman" image is going to be a terrible print image, and won't size well, and you also have a secondary image on the website header that shows the silhouette of noblemen, but you aren't using it for your actual logo? Either stick with the crown or go back to the drawing board.
You can't beat Gassers. Are there any chair manufacturers worthy of recommending here? Price/comfort/design are all important here.
Was just experimenting with potential styles. All of that will be replaced with the work of someone actually skilled in design work.I had this same thought about the website. No progress on funding impasse. Two particular items seem unlikely to be resolved with current prospective investors, but time will tell. How’s this going? Rooting for you @ImCrossland !!!
NoDo any Texas cardrooms use Paulson chips? Since Texas cardrooms aren't "officially licensed" would Paulson even make chips for them?
Yah I think he said this all got cancelled
“The Lodge” is one step ahead. Just need Doug and Brad to set up some sleeping bags.Something to keep apprised of…legislation proposed to change the non-public requirement for poker to be legal from “private place” to “residence”

Not all or even most of Texas blows, buddy.I feel like this was inevitable given, you know, Texas blows.
Just some of the slime ball politicians looking for a little grease on their palms. Unfortunately, they’re everywhere. Not all or even most of Texas blows, buddy.
That's it.. EVERYONE TO THE WINDY CREST!Just some of the slime ball politicians looking for a little grease on their palms. Unfortunately, they’re everywhere.
House Bill 732, filed by Democratic Rep. Gene Wu, would address this loophole. Specifically, the bill would amend Texas Penal Code 47.04 to state that gambling must occur in a "private residence," delivering a blow to the legal protection that card room owners have used to defend their businesses.
Exactly! Buy a couple of acres of land, preferably in an unincorporated area of the county. Build a large "home." Carve out a couple thousand square feet for your main living area, then have a 4000 square foot "game room." Since it's a "private residence" I shouldn't even need to go to the trouble of getting a business license or paying any taxes. Nothing to see here Mr LEO. Just me and 400 of my closest buddies having a little poker get together... Yup, each one of them "voluntarily gifted me" $20-30 out of the goodness of their hearts, and sticks a few bucks in a tip jar every time they have a drink or grab a bite to eat. The is "definitely not" a business of any kind...Just like in the Brady bunch movie……. Problem solved…
