Lol, they should just make it illegal for alligators to go where humans are.
And if they do bite someone then you can sue the alligator, with the state of Florida being accountable for its out of control wildlife. The state should be required to have a license for each one of these to even have such dangerous animals where humans could be. And no alligators where they can’t be seen.

That works for everything else it seems.
