This is one of my "keeper" sets, but since I am finishing my basement/poker room, I figure it would be foolish to not at least test the market. I've seen a few smaller Ewing sets, but none of this magnitude.
Estimate counts (roughly 40% of entire first production)
$1 x 600
$5 x 1500
$25 x 900
$100 x 900
$500 x 200 (Langworthy plastics - original AFAIK - these are included for free)
Total = ~4100 chips ($220k+ bank) - All chips in very good condition
CPC does own this mold, but according to @David Spragg from a few years ago, it is not available for personal sets (this could be outdated by this point):
"We've registered the Ewing mold with the Nevada Gaming Commission for use for licensees only. We were required to retain one mold in that way and it's the only spare one we had."
Price = $8,000 + shipping
Apologies in advance if my bar is a tad high. There is no precedent for a Ewing Mold set of this size and they don't have the level of appeal of other manufacturers. Low supply + Low demand + No historical sales = ???? Price
No split planned, but could be a consideration if all claimed (feel free to post your preferred breakdown).
Any questions, please don't hesitate to hit me up.
Thanks!
Dan
(Note: Cases were given away at a meetup a few years back and are no longer available)
