This is one of my "keeper" sets, but since it never hits the felt, I figure it would be a disservice to not try to get them in the hands of someone who will use them (ie as-is or inlay replacement?). I've seen a few smaller Ewing sets, but none of this magnitude. As far as I know, there is no precedent in order to price this, nor is there really a market, so I'm not expecting this to fly off the shelves

Estimate counts (chips in very good condition)

$1 x 600
$5 x 1500
$25 x 900
$100 x 900
$500 x 200 (Langworthy plastics - look like some sort of add-on)

Total = ~4100 chips ($220k+ bank)

CPC does own this mold, but according to @David Spragg from several years ago, it is not available for personal sets (this could be outdated by this point):

"We've registered the Ewing mold with the Nevada Gaming Commission for use for licensees only. We were required to retain one mold in that way and it's the only spare one we had."

Price = $6,000 OBO + shipping (send offers via PM)

Cases not included (given away long ago). Will ship anywhere. We can discuss best payment method as I haven't sold in a long time. All racks included (chipco, Paulson, 67.7mm) if you pick up in Collegeville, PA. No splits

Any questions, please don't hesitate to hit me up.

Thanks!
Dan

This is really cool. Can't believe you don't use it. How hard would it be to find something with the same mold, either another color of 314 or a solid, to use for a frac?

Ewing mold solids pop up occasionally, mostly in online ads (Craigslist, FB, etc). From my memory over the past 8 years, not a ton of Ewings exchange hands.

Re-opened and bumping this thread. I lost my nerve last time after a few hours, but I decided I wanted to unload these. May consider splitting, but ideally would like to keep this awesome set together. If you have any interest for any amount, drop me a PM and we can discuss.

Thanks!
Dan

this set it's from a real jugoslavian casino?

I have a holiday home 80km from Split.
I conducted my investigation at a friend who has a poker room in Sibenik.
It was a casino from the 80s reserved only for foreigners at the time when Yugoslavia was communist.
Thanks again for the sample @MegaTon44

It was usual in jugoslavian times: casinos were only for foreigners and hard currency only was in play

...same thing as Nova Gorica or Portorose, next to italian border: games was played using italian lira: even the weak lira was better than jugoslavian dinar :D

Thanks for the kind words all. As far as I know, this is the largest Ewing Mold set on PCF. In great shape for it's age. Many of these chips never hit the felt

I spent several summers in communist Yugoslavia when I was young.

I remember the stores that were called "free shop" only for foreign tourists.

You could pay only in 4 foreign currencies (dollars Marks French and Swiss Franc).
And there was everything...it was better than Paris in France.
I remember buying my first rap tape there in a communist country!
In 1986 from memory and it was LLCOOLJ album.
I had also bought Converse Weapon.
This kind of Items was impossible to found in France at the time lol

I don't need any more chips, but this mold doesn't come around ever. So... I'm interested in a split if we can make it happen.
