I see that the HSI has the hat and cane, but the secondary $25 is EXTREMELY faint. The same is with all the primary $25s I have too:

Very clear logo on all denoms except the $25.

i believe the typo is part of the security feature. Ive seen it on other chips also. The Wynn is a casino that does this.
