Full house of 16 runners today. First event of the 2026 Basement Series of Poker. Let’s go!!

I think we've invented a new game while 4-handed - everyone gets 10 cards, you split preflop to omaha4 and omaha6 hands, each for 50% pot. Crazy fun and action, it really forces you into some difficult spots, starting with trying to make the best decision on what each hand should be.

Highest high Omaha on pic below - split pot with both having the King.
Crazy hand below, my Quad 9's on the river against player on my left with tens full. I raise pre, they call.. I bet flop, they call. They turn the ten, they check (!!!!) and I check behind. River is the 9!!! They bet river, I raise 3x, & they go all in (!!!). I stack them. Someone pointed out, good thing they didn't have TT!! Ha ha.
Final stack. (Labels not on fracs yet. They are stuck in transit)
In for $40. Out as big winner, and HHJP ($25), and 3 $5 bounties. Players said they prefer no bounties for a cash game. I was trying it out for a first time, it was sorta fun.

I played as a guest tonight in a supposedly .5/1E home game, 9-handed, which played much more than 1/3E at least, because there was no cap on how much money one could bring from their pocket to the table.
In for 600E, out for 480E, thankfully.

Went on quite a lucky streak last night. I didn’t mind getting some plaques. Limit mixed games dealers choice with bomb pots every flushed flop. Played quite a few games I’d love to play again and some I’d never ever play again (7 card no peaky can suck my ass)
These old ASM chips were also great.

Hosted a solid cash game today. Was a planned 1 table game, but did reach 2 tables of 6. It was a riot! I love hosting and this was my first time spreading 2 tables. Absolutely glorious with the Empress set in play and hot dogs were also a hit!
Special thanks to forum members @chopper and @Racer96 who drive from far out to attend my game. It really means a lot to me and i appreciate it. Truly, thanks for coming out.
I played bad today. First losing session in a while. In for $220 by the end, and out for squat $0. Lmfao! Beyond the setup and joy of hosting, nothing went right for me today.
I received nearly $50 in tips! Can’t complain!
