So do you guys start bidding on those chips now?
I also have a set. We could do the biggest auction ever together!!No, but I’m tempted to put my Jack set up for auction!
Aren't online meaningless likes from strangers the most important thing ever? I mean, likes > life right? Motto to live by.
Mental note: need to invent sarcasm font
Well played good sir.C'mon man. I'm single, crappy dead end job, can't afford the Jack chips I want because people keep putting them up for auction instead of just picking a price and selling them. Internet likes from strangers are all I got!
There is so much I want to say.... But.... Eh. I'm going back to work.
You took the words out of my mouth. It seems excessive. It was canceled. Don't blame the seller with the amount of thread crapping and bullying in his thread.
Thanks! To clarify - The Auction did not have a valid bid since the person that had the only valid bid removed his bid approximately 1 hour prior to the cancellation of the auction.
Maybe that language could be added to the auction rules?I have seen the cancellation or change of bids in many auctions. Please people!!! If you are going to bid in an Auction you should honor your bid.

LOL, I know we have all made a bid before and regretted it although you, like me and many of us still HONOR that bid! This! Thanks for the clarification on what happened David. I was kidding about wanting to know how to cancel bids, by the way. I'd never do that, even if I make a bid and "regret it in the morning", lol.
It is covered in section bullet point number 5 of the Auction Guidelines!Maybe that language could be added to the auction rules?
The guy who made the bid had a shitty transaction with the same seller for a much smaller amount, can’t really blame the guy for not wanting to send thousands and hope for the best.
If it's communicated well, it's not a huge deal. If it's happenstance, I'd say that's a little long. I try and get all sales out within 24 hours, anything longer and it's a explanation and worst case date to get it out.I don’t see anybody breaking out the pitchforks to condemn the person for retracting his bid, let alone blaming him. Although I think asking the buyer to wait 6 days until you can ship isn’t the most unreasonable request.
I work shift work. Made the deal mid day Tuesday. And told buyer this am that I would ship them Monday as I am working. Unfortunately that didn't go over well so I offered them their money back. Which they eventually opted for. Which is fine with me. (I didn't even have their money yet) Sometimes I ship chips out the next day, and sometimes it takes me over a week. But I haven't had a "bad transaction" on PCF either way.I don’t see anybody breaking out the pitchforks to condemn the person for retracting his bid, let alone blaming him. I blame everyone for everything. ----------E
