Paulson (THC/RHC) and CPC are the two makers of ACTUAL clay chips and therefore considerably more expensive as opposed to the china clays like the Majestics you mentioned.
Here is a good place to start but you can find a much more detailed education by searching the forums once you get more specific questions.

I just received my sample of Majestics. Is it safe to say that all china clays are going to have a similar tactile experience? Weight, texture, etc. The majestics are pretty slick. I was also looking at the Milano chips. Is it worth ordering a sample? Or will the difference be pretty much cosmetic? Thanks!
All China clays are definitely not created equal. But I think the majestics and Milanos are similar. Slight difference in sound and to my eye the Milanos look a little more like clay but similar in weight (around 9g), quality and feel. I put Justin's Tina hybrid's in that same class. Others can chime in if they disagree. 13.5 g China clays are lower quality and feel different and not in a good way.
