Yes it makes most sense they will be the three full casinos in the NY metro area.

I heard Empire city is no longer seeking a full casino license.That means there are only 3 bidders left.World's Resort,Metro park and Bally's in the Bronx.We'll know soon if all 3 of them get approved.
