Alright so I am looking at putting in the extra $$ for an Apache Royal poker set.

I am looking at getting the 100,500,1000,5000,250000,100000 denominations.

What would you recommend as the minimum number of chips to get for an 6-8 player tornament (room for 2-3 buy ins) and us playing for approximately 4-6 hours. Looking at some online tools, with a small number of players, is it even possible that 25k/100k chips wont even be seen on the table?

You won't need the 100k, and you can get away with very few 25k if at all.
