My first quick thought is that I would use Mewtwo for a purple 500 chip.

Do you plan to design more denominations?

Edit: hm actually If I think about it, it's not that easy to find a nice black Pokemon which would fit the 100 chip better.

I would not make the label background color the same as Pokemon, it makes the critters not stand out.

I'd replace Poker with Pokermon LOL.

I'd make the denoms bigger and place the slogan below the denom, with the text following the curve of the label.

I would put the phrase under the denoms and in a more rounded curve or reverse arc. You will see the Pokermon, the larger denom, and then the phrase.

I don‘t know what stakes you plan to play but I would prefer a .25 over a .50 but that‘s up to you.

Also between the yellow fracs and orange 5s there could be dirty stack issues depending on lighting.

I love the idea!

I gotta say, this is fire .
The slogan is probably too small to print correctly ( don't know if this is supposed to be for an overlabel or Tinas), which I would ditch and made the denom bigger. Other than that, great idea, great execution.

Don’t like the four base colors, it’s basically 2 shades of yellow and 2 shades of blue for 0.50 to 25. Would change 2 of those colors myself

Mewtwo pops with the contrasting background, the other characters get lost.

Even if you play .50/1 I prefer this.

The first three chips all having yellow is too much for me.

Get the denoms bigger, rework the colors.
Off to a great start!
