Yeah, they were the CdM 10 (same as Horseshoe Gardena $2 as well). Never planned to make nickels, but the opportunity at the price was just too good to pass up.

Can pennies be far behind? (Hah! Don't go there....)

Slowly getting my cash an tournament sets together.

I decided to make my cash set with better condition chips and my tournament set with non traditional colors and casino grade. This way, I could buy 3 tables worth of chips cheaper than if I got all nice ones, as well as being easier colors to find.

Waiting on my labels to be made and the images sent in to gear!

Thoughts on my choices? If I could find them, I would replace the Sheratons with a brighter pink potentially. I have so much more respect for people that do this after murdering 1800 chips so far...

Update: found the right amount of pressure to use with my cut. Did a full barrel without any npr. Plastic & label peeled right off after the initial cut.

Mostly on the easy side. It seems like if the chips are newer they're quite easy. If you have a couple older chips mixed in they can be a tad bit more stubborn. On a difficulty scale of 1 to 5 (where 1 is brand new RHC's), I'd give em a 2.

New color today. They are very easy to work on those ES. One barrel done and only 3 chips needed the solvent (is that the correct word ?) step. Great but unfortunately for me I only got 60 ES to do…

The big kill begins for my relabel set. So far only 40 Palazzos need NPR, otherwise pretty straight forward.
For the chips in my set:

• Palazzos - mostly fine, 1 in 3 needing NPR
• Circus Circus - easy peasy
• Flamingos - murdered a few, most will need NPR
• VLV 5/25/500 - only done of each so far and they are putting up a fight, going to be the worst for sure!
• Jack Cinci Snappers - only 1 barrel in and so far 2 in 3 will need NPR.

Didn't know this thread existed! Finally, somewhere to share the pain that is murdering Lucky Lady singles! WD40 has proven invaluable, worked a treat on the sticky stuff Gear labels leave behind too! They laughed in the face of everything else!

BS $2s are a dream though!
