Hi all,
I have my ongoing thread about volume chip storage for commercial here
https://www.pokerchipforum.com/threads/transporting-1000-5000-chips-for-my-business.132063/

But I wanted to get some input on my foremost idea. I want to keep using the modular Husky Build-out system I currently have. Specifically the tote/crate. I've tried stacking 4x25 acrylic trays in there, and they...work...but it's not perfect. Spillage, non-perfect stacking if it's not me doing it, empty space etc.

Now the interior is weirdly shaped due to the extrusion for the handles so it won't fit the Spinetti tray as is. I'm thinking of modifying them like so. Yes I know it's a waste of material etc. Does anyone have these trays on hand and could make an estimation of if the integrity would still hold up at the cut edges? Also wondering about exact final dimensions of this section before I pull the trigger and buy some. Thanks
