I remember back in the early days of Chiptalk, when mixed sets started appearing. It was slow at first. I remember a specific hot stamped mixed set, which everyone thought was just the most beautiful set, I can't remember who, maybe his name was Matt, but that's the set that really got everyone going. And since there was no relabels, it was pure casino baby. I wanted to be different, so I went with a theme, Las Vegas Strip, major casinos that were around pre 1970. And I wanted all the other mixes too, hotstamp, house mold, etc..., etc... I've always been building, just never finalized, don't have any pics handy, sorry. Actually I do remember one relabel, which might have been one of the first, don't remember who, It was Tropicana express laughlin dollar (almond) that someone relabeled as a 1k chip I think, that sparked the relabling , but my memory is not the best, if others have intel.
