Trying to find out a bit more about these guys. My dad picked up a about a barrel of these and I'm having a hard time finding even a photo of these guys online. Anywhere I can learn more about these?

one sold on eBay in November 2024 for $21. There probably isn’t a market for 20 at that price, but seems like an uncommon chip.
