interesting ... and what these things? those. I understand that this is for what would mark the places for players. but why rectangles? This ceramic?

The round chips go into the bag all mixed up. Players choose one chip which gives them table and seat number. The rectangle plaques are for table identification. Yes they are ceramic and very well made and were made by OWPS.
