Sale Made-to-order Custom Table Toppers (67 Viewers)

Has anyone who recently received a mat from Ryan gotten a bill from Fed Ex for a 10% tarriff ($8.50) and a $15 disbursement fee? Just got a bill like that today for a total of $23.50. If so, did you just pay it or dispute it or what?

Pretty sure most US shipments are getting the tariff bill from FedEx now.

The bill came about 3 weeks after I received the mat. Also the $15 "disbursement fee" seems somewhat disproportional to the $8.50 tarrif.

FedEx has set up an email specifically to receive challenges for the tariffs. Now that the supreme Court has declared the tariffs unconstitutional, you can send them an email stating refusal to pay based on the supreme Court ruling, including the disproportionate $15 fee associated directly to the tariff. The email addresses for dispute will be on your FedEx invoice.

I'm not sure that the SCt ruling would affect this 10% tariff. The ruling was specific for IEEPA-related tariffs, not Section 122 tariffs, as indicated on the FedEx website. After some research, my understanding is that a broad Section 122 10% tariff on almost all goods shipped from the EU to the USA was imposed on Feb 24, 2026 and is not affected by the SCt ruling. I dunno. Seems like I'm just going to have to pay it.

I paid about $30 in tariff to fed ex when they sent me a bill after the fact. Seemed excessive.
Tariff within the same country (USA)???
At any rate, FedEx has been utterly incompetent and obnoxious in Greece.
Edit: looks like they are crooks, anyway, anywhere.
Edit2: if the toppers are manufactured in another country, it's reasonable to have a tariff, but, procedurally, FedEx is only trying to make life difficult for customers, obviously to suck some extra money.

They're shipped from Europe

Another perfect tabletop to go with my new-ish chip set (The Wasp's Nest) - love it!

Thanks again @rjdev7!!!

Getting ready to host my first tournament this week on the new topper from @rjdev7! Even better than I expected and can’t wait for boys to see it this weekend.

For my fellow members who are wondering what the timeline is on a sweet project like this is, it took just about 4 weeks to arrive from overseas once Ryan received payment and after we dialed in design tweaks. Would definitely order again and thank you, Ryan!

Got mine last month tariff free and no disbursement fee. Just assumed the SC ruling killed it. Also that fee would be illegal in the state of California so they probably don't even try it here.

Just wanted to come on here and give a shoutout to @rjdev7 for being awesome to work with. I’ve ordered multiple poker toppers from him over the last 4 years, and every single time he’s been extremely helpful with designs, measurements, and even giving ideas to make everything come out better than expected. His communication is always solid and the quality of the toppers speaks for themselves. We don’t say it enough, but vendors like him really deserve recognition for being a great part of our community.

Thanks Ryan

Want to add my praise too! Nothing but good experiences, in stark contrast to some other orders on this site (#neverforget cut card gate 2025). Thanks for being awesome and always doing things the right way!

I'm excited to announce a partnership with a new vendor who will be able to supply made-to-order table toppers to the US and Europe.

All existing stock designs and sizes (including those compatible with the Barrington / ESPN oval tables) that have been previously offered are available, and will arrive within a time period of approximately 3-4 weeks from the time of purchase.

These can be ordered in any shape or size up to a max length of 114” and a max width of 48".

A few considerations:
  1. Thickness: The thickness of these toppers is 2mm.
If you're using these directly on a dining table, it is advised to get some closed cell foam or other method of padding (read through the thread for examples of what folks have used successfully) to put under the toppers.
Possible Solution: "Blank" toppers (empty / no print) can be purchased as the same size as your topper for 30% discount. This would allow you to use it as padding underneath your topper if you feel 2mm is not thick enough. You could also buy two printed toppers and put one under the other.
  2. Quality: The print quality and quality control (e.g. dimension accuracy to 1/2") are better than the vendor I was using in China for the bulk orders. The colors are very vibrant, with little bleed, and the dimensions are more precise.
  3. Sewn Edges: It's possible to have sewn edges for a small added fee. Take this for what it's worth, but if you're using these toppers to fit within an existing table like a Barrington, an ESPN table, or some other existing table, I would recommend NOT doing edge stitching as the look is much cleaner than having the edges showing around the inside of the rails on the table
  4. Shape: There's no restriction on shapes. For instance, you can do round / circle toppers, rectangle toppers, octagon, ellipse, oval toppers, etc.
  5. Size: The new vendor supports any topper up to a maximum length of 114" and maximum width of 48"
  6. Price
Un-sewn Edges: $135 shipped for standard sizes**
Sewn Edges: $145 shipped for standard sizes**
** Size Premium: There will be a $2.50 per square foot premium for toppers that exceed the standard Barrington dimensions (73.5 x 31.5) which I will calculate at the time of order.
Custom Art: Custom designs will come at a $10-50 premium depending on the extent of customization required. Payment for the topper + custom designs will be required before designs take place. If there is a change of heart and you do not look to purchase the topper after seeing the designs, I will refund you the amount minus my design fee.
    Here is a
blank template in Adobe Illustrator if anyone would like to design your own art and send to me.
To place an order, please PM me with the description of the design & the dimensions of the topper you would like.

If you have questions, feel free to respond here so my answers are seen by all. Thank you!

Here’s a video showing how well cards slide on the toppers:
Looking to order a topper but looks like I have to reply a few times in order to PM @rjdev7
