Hello,

I've been messing around creating a quick and dirty blinds timer. Demo site at: http://poker.x10.bz/

I've looked through old PCF posts to add some favored structures into my timer. See http://poker.x10.bz/sample.php

These are the posts that include structures I've added:
If you have a blinds structure you've seen posted that you think is great, do you mind letting me know so I can build it into my 'PCF favorites' page?

I don't use T25's. This link shows my BBA and no Ante schedules.

Your structures have been added to the sample page (hopefully I did the transcription correctly): http://poker.x10.bz/sample.php Thank you, @DeeVee8!

One question: there are a couple of places the big blind goes down from the previous level. Is that correct, I don't think I've seen that before? If so, do you mind sharing the purpose of the drop? I'm curious.

ex., BBA: level 18, the BB is 20K; level 19, the BB drops to 15K. No BBA: level 8, the BB is 1600; level 9, the BB drops to 1500.

Lol. That would be me deleting something from my spreadsheet. I'll fix it.

I usually remove 800/1600 in favor or 1000/1500. Easier on the players.

If you go back to the link, its fixed now.

Below is the structure I'll be using for a no-rebuy H.O.R.S.E. tourney I'm running this month. I originally found the levels on one of Aria's pages but have made a few minor tweeks to adjust it to my needs. Levels will all be 15 min.

I just like multiples of 2-4, 3-6, 4-8, 6-12 and 8-16. You could probably write an algorithm around that.

But at base 25 it's. 50-100, 75-150, 100-200, 150-300, 200-400, 300-600, 400-800, 600-1200, 800-1600, 1000-2000, 1500-3000, 2k-4k, 3k-6k, 4k-8k, 6k-12k, 8k-16k

This^ is the procedural route I take, but cap the progression based on the ratio between lowest two chips in play.
Ex: starting at (2/4) x T25, there should be 4 levels where T25 is used:
50/100, 75/150, 100/200, 150/300
Next would be 200/400, which is the start of the T100 cycle.
Ex: starting at (2/4) x T500, there are only two levels that T500 should be used:
1000/2000, 1500/3000

Yes, I could have added the detail to move to the next chip as soon as you have 2-4 of the next chip.

Also the detail that option levels of 1-1, 1-2 and 2-3 can be used at the very start.

A WSOP type algorithm would just use more levels of each chip, recycling at the 2-4 or 4-8 point.

(Optional 1-1, 1-2, 2-3, 2-4)
3-6, 4-8, 6-12, 8-16, 12-24, 16-32
