What’s up everyone!

I have a friend who is putting together a new tournament manager and he’s looking for tournament hosts/players that wanna test it and give feedback. I think it’s already very promising but he wanted me to stress that it’s still an alpha version.

It’s web based and doesn’t require any downloads, but you’ll need to set up a simple account.

Tournament manager is here: https://www.tableflow.online/

Discord chat to leave feedback here: https://discord.gg/RMb7RbbF

Any questions, feel free. Thanks!

Got signed up and logged in but creating a new tournament results in "account not found" error. Would love to help test though as it looks great!!!

Notes as I go along as the issue above is fixed

- The system let me add multiple tables but only allows me to add 16 players (and 20 blind levels though that's not a huge deal)
- appears fixed payout is the only option at the moment
- I didn't notice the redraw seats button at the top might make sense to put it near the players on the left column
- would like to be able to lock in a player on a particular seat (for example full-time dealer players)
- The tournament view is displaying the payouts twice
- would like sound notifications to be fully customizable
- The system doesn't apparently handle rebuys
- Auto balancing tables look to perform well, although I just have two tables currently... I actually didn't get a notification to combine down to the final table though
- clicking end tournament gave me an error that it failed to end the tournament

I'm really liking what I'm seeing in here though!!!

I created an account and will try to use it live soon. Clean interface and allowed me to set up a tournament quickly.

Great stuff!

I'm interested in testing, plan on running a small tourney this weekend for the Texans game. I will sign up and report back.

Tried the poker timer over the weekend. Try to leave comments on the discord chat, but the link is no longer working.
Several things I noticed when using the timer.

1. I was unable to assign seating to individual players using an iPad and iPad pencil. I had to select random. randomly to seat players to the table.

2. When I mirrored the iPad to one of my smart TVs, I had to move the clock image to center it. Would be nice if the software did it on its own when mirroring from an iPad.

3. The sound to alert of the next upcoming round was a series of 3 to 4 beeps not very attractive would prefer to customize with my own sound files.

4. People seem to like the QR code so they could follow the clock on their phones in front of them although the seconds were a bit off by like one or two seconds no big deal though.

Overall good execution just needs some more tweaks and some more options for customization.
