Tourney Looking for some guidance on a tourney set-up (1 Viewer)

Okay, I bought some chips, and THEN I consider what I was going to do with them. Bad start (but not unusual, right?)

I won a charity auction for 599 ASM chips that I'd like to make my tourney set
-199 Mandarin Red/Dayglo Yellow 312
-150 Black/Dayglo Pink 312
-200 Lavender/Dayglo Green 312
-50 White/Chocolate 312

The set came with some strange inlays (all non denoms), and I'm planning on a relabel.
My mind can't let go of making the reds T5, the blacks T100, the purple T500...
But I'm not sure that is ideal as far as breakdown. Would like to be able to handle a 2 table (16 max) tourney.
There are 2 racks of White w/ Light Green 312 A-molds that I could pick up if that helps make things work.

My questions:
What value should I make my chips?
Do I need the other 2 racks?
What should my starting stacks be?
What blinds schedule do you recommend?

I know that is a lot, but hey, that's why I came to the experts!

What value should I make my chips?

T100 - 150 black
T500 - 200 purple
T2000 - 199 red
T10000 - 50 white

Do I need the other 2 racks?

No.

What should my starting stacks be?

T30K stacks (up to 15 players):
10 x T100
10 x T500
12 x T2000
2 x T10000 (optional, for T50K stacks)

Chip set:
150 x T100
150 x T500
188 x T2000 (includes 8x for T100 color-up)
38 x T10000 (includes 8x for T500 color-up)

Enough T10Ks in the set for re-buys if using smaller T30K or T40K stacks.

What blinds schedule do you recommend?

Blind structure (150bb with T30K stacks, 250bb with T50K stacks):

Structure runs about 4:00 (T30K) to 5:20 (T50K) plus breaks with 15-minute levels, or 4:30 to 6:00 (plus breaks) with 20-minute levels.

Alternately, you can use these levels from L13 on, and not color-up the T500s at all (or after L16, if you get that far). But that's a lot of chips to have on the table at tourney end:
