Limit Sets, Limit Sets, MORE Limit Sets!!! (2 Viewers)

Thanks! Really happy with how these came together. The colour overlap was a gamble, as usually that leads to trouble - I think for limit it plays well.
You're probably right about the color overlap. It's less of an issue in a limit set. Again, congratulations on this amaizing and stunning one, sir! Everything is really well done

You want one, set? or one chip? I have a bunch of spare workhorse chips :)
Exactly this 1,100 chips set! Just kidding. I love orange chips, just like everyone else. But if they also have pink or red spots!

So a Nakatomi Plaza chip, or sample?
Sure YES!!! Thanks! Where to send money?

Not bad, I guess x

Damn you all.
Limit is best for social, friendly games.

I think it’s not only less of an issue but it’s a unique opportunity of a limit set and I think you took advantage of it fantastically, @mattross1313

It was the first thing I noticed about the set and you pulled off the color combination really well. I would imagine you’ll have no issue in a limit context

Lads, I need a little advice/ guidance; I’m trying to put together a small limit set and my question is what is the best chip distribution for $1/$2 and $2/4 game for 4/5 people. Also is $20 chip detrimental for the set? Can it be replaced with $25?

$20 is preferred for a value chip with a $1 workhorse, but $25 is fine too. A rack of $1 each of should be good for 2/4. As little as 3 barrels each for 1/2, depending on how splashy y’all play.

Is it rack of $1 and barrel of $25 or that’s depending of the buy in? If I understand this correctly for $100 game rack of $1 would suffice, for splashy game. Anything above this can be supplemented with additional $25 chips/barrels?

Yeah just 1 barrel of $25’s should be plenty to cover a 4-5 man game in addition to the $1’s you already have. People just like insanely large limit sets, because it’s fun to have a lot of chips. But I think what you have definitely covers your needs.

Agreed. Rack each at least, with a preference towards rack and a half. We loved 25cent games for 50c/$1, starting with $40, 8 barrels each

Edit: Just realized this is pretty old but I stand by my agreement, damnit!
