I’m trying to put together a set to mill and label and I'm realizing that my 7/8” mill will not take off all of the hotstamp. Pic below of some of the chips to be milled and some labels over top of unmilled chips. Have others delt with this? If so did you clean/scrape off the remaining stamp, just leave it, or something else? Any input would be appreciated and pictures of your final product would be great! Thanks.

Mill em. Then take em all, toss em in a bucket with some rubbing alcohol, let them sit for about 10 minutes, scrub foil with toothbrush or finger nail brush.

If it doesn't budge, soak another 5-10. Try again. Eventually it'll just flake right off. Wash with clean water, oil.

Oh. First label, then let set for a few days, then lightly oil.

Thank you! I’ll post some pics of the process once I get to it.
