Learning a lot - Curious about this set locally on FB Marketplace (1 Viewer)

New to PCF.

Saw this set on Marketplace. Looks like 1,000 chips plus some plaques. I don't know anywhere near enough to identify the chips from the photos, perhaps Monte Carlo's or a mixed set?. Though the denominations in the first photo (1/5/10/25) don't seem to adhere to the 4:1 or 5:1 ratios I heard about here

Is it fair to say these are a cheap plastic (injection molded ABS) chips - but perhaps a bargain for someone looking for a lot of generic chips for a tournament or something?

Not impossible to do a tournament but it would be very very wonky. I mean impossibly hard wonky.

You can do way better for less looking at vendors deals on this site.

Not worth anywhere close to their asking price. New similar Chips can be had for $4 or less per a roll of 25. They are not collectibles, that's for certain.

Just kidding, I wouldn't actually throw them away. I'd give them away to someone who might enjoy them.
