Ellis Island steak special is the best cheap steak you will eat! Shake Shack and Brucie's at NYNY are some of my favorites too

Ellis Island is off the strip so you will need to make a special trip. The quality and price of the food is worth it. It is a bit of a dive but I love it. The ribs or steak is really good and cheap. Also has very low table limits, I think like 5 dollar limits for craps which you won't find anywhere on the main strip.

If you like Mexican food check out Lindo Michaucaun. Very good Mex food but also off strip.

If you want a bit higher end experience go eat at Wicked Spoon at the back of the Cosmopolitan hotel. It is an upscale all you can eat that serves breakfast or lunch/dinner. It is expensive but worth the money IMO.

Eggslut is also very good inside the Cosmopolitan for breakfast.
