I suck at poker, so in the continued replenishment of my dwindling bankroll I’m selling off extra project chips.

I really really love this rack, something about the pastel green and shaped inlays does it for me, but they don’t fit into my current Cali relabel project. Chips are in great used condition, all sharp edges, very light wear and are nice weighted leaded Paulsons.

I wonder why they even use different chips at all. Just use a common 5 for all games....

Not complaining! I love the oversize bacca chips!

Unless I misunderstood or was misinformed... my understanding was that a lot of casinos kept baccarat numbers (profits/losses) separate from the rest of the casino's earnings, due to the super high variance and much lower "house odds".. Hence the specific "baccarat only" chips. Guessing the diff size is to make it easier to know where they belong... So to speak.

I have heard the same. Additionally some casinos like Bellagio have a third chip set for sports betting. They are easy ways of separate accounting in the casinos based on variance as well as provide additional security measures.

Also I can confirm that both Aria and Bellagio (who have basically the same color chips with different spot patterns save for each casinos 25k and 100k Chip) have 1k and 5k chips that are 39mm. The 25k for both is in fact 39mm on the floor.

The 100k chips are 43/44mm house mold at Bellagio . Never played baccarat at either casino so unsure of those sizes there but I. Would assume oversized at 43 and 48 from these photos.

Bump - price dropped to $285 + shipping Can’t believe these are still here, they’re so pretty in person

These do look amazing in a mixed set. I'm chip-fund poor. But if I sell a few things, and these are still available...it's going to be pretty hard to pass these up. Gorgeous chips at a really great price. Bookmark set...
