I think 2011 and prior were Kem, and 2012-2014 were Fournier.

That's even funnier, I insult KEMs even when I'm not trying. Definitely not Fournier, you hit the nail on the hear, earlier years. I thought they said Bicycle, guess I'm wrong.

It's a mix. They used Bicycle branding, but different stock.

Other then KEMs, I have never had a bridge-sized card warp. That's a fault of KEMs though, not the card size.

My bridge sized KEMs warped. So did my Club Angels and my Cartamundi acetates bridge cards. I think Its really the format that makes it more prone. I live in a perpetually humid country and have to store my cards in airtight containers with dessicant gel. Its just that bridge size is so much easier to shuffle and deal.
