From what I can see, there are some horror stories out there, and seeing that they have some products I haven't found elsewhere much (if at all) I have made a few purchases and after 1 ok experience and now 2 absurd ones (won't be dealing with them again) I want to find out if the general consensus feels as disgusted as I do.

So many runarounds, excuses, changing stories, etc. Latest experience has been bizarre, 4 straight weeks of "Yeah, looks like that will ship tomorrow!" and strange (reeks of BS) excuses that keep piling up as to why it didn't ship the last 3 times it was supposed to and now I have to prepare in case I need to just get my money back.

What's the consensus? Is this company really as garbage as it seems?

I bought about a dozen sets of GEMACO SuperFlex cards from them a few years ago. I talked to them on the phone to make sure they actually had them in stock before I placed the order. No issues here. Maybe they are under new management.

Put through four orders from them.

First three were fine. No issues. Being as the warehouse is a 45 minute drive from where I live, the cards showed up at my doorstep two days after I ordered them.

The 4th and last transaction with them I ordered 8 decks, two of each color of the same line of cards. 7 decks showed up in the box shorting me one deck. I brought this to the attention of the customer service department and got no refund, no apology, nothing. That's the last order they'll get from me.

Yeah they are really not worth it. If they are the only ones with stock, better to buy something else.

I ordered 2 decks of supposedly high quality Ken Poker Playing Cards and Paid a total of $43.15 ($32.95 + 10.20 for USPS Priority Shipping). They were mailed out on 12/26/23 and I received an email with the tracking number. I received the Priority box from USPS on 12/29/23, but the box was empty except for some tissue paper (no cards inside). The box had been stamped with as unsealed by the USPS. I emailed Kardwell to tell them, sent a copy of the USPS stamped box (Pic Below) and simply asked them to resend the 2 decks of cards. They emailed back and said that I had to file a claim with USPS to get my money back. I called them and said why don't you just make a clam yourselves with USPS and send me the cards. They refused and said I had to do it. When I then went to USPS to file the claim, it clearly asks whether you are the sender or recipient requesting the claim, so they could have requested the claim as the sender. Oh, but now I see why they made me do it, that's because you can't request back the cost of shipping ($10.20) on your claim. So I could only request the $32.95 and will have to eat the $10.20. They also said they wouldn't send me more cards, unless I place another order and pay again for them and shipping. Uhh NO! I guess they don't mind losing customers and getting bad review for what like $10 or $20? Ha, What a Joke of a company. I'll never do business with them again and recommend you don't either. I'll just keep buying COPAG cards from Amazon. They're way less expensive, come very quickly, have Amazon no cost easy returns and I bet are better quality!

Sorry about this.

The sender almost always initiates the claim in this scenario, whether it's a person to person transaction or business to customer.

I buy a lot of cards. They shorted me a deck and I wrote them back to tell them that if they didn't send the missing deck, they'd lose a customer for life. At that point I had done 4 transactions with them. Heard nothing back and I go out of my way to warn people about them.

They are such slimeballs. Their constant excuses are easy to see through and their lack of communication is terrible. To risk trust from a customer over 10 bucks is just hilarious to me.

Anyone order custom cards from them?
Quality? The website says casino quality linen finish. True?

I ordered around 250 “welcome to las vegas” chips from there to complete and old set I had and my order was missing 75 chips. I emailed them and just never heard back.

At what point do we get together and report them to the BBB? At the very least I think a coordinated review bombing is in order.

I ordered 50 custom back decks. It was a low price. Maybe they forgot to check the pricing for a while. Paid online so they can't refuse. Ad says "casino quality" and "linen finish", we'll see. Previously I ordered chips from them for a low price of $.26. decent cheap chips. Went back to buy some more and now they're $.39 ea. A 50% increase?
