I remember bringing these up to my office on Halloween last year just to have something to shuffle during the day. Here we are almost a year later.

I need to wash my hands more often....

How many total hours would you estimate you've shuffled these for (or avg per day, # days in the week)?

Is this on a mouse pad? I gotta think there's another reason for the buildup!
The blobs on the lighter $5 chips look like chip dust from the $1 chips. Could be that color is harder than the other and that’s why there’s much less buildup on the $1 chips.

I used to shuffle a stack of ‘98 Bellagio $1s, which are very soft, and the dark blue blobs would appear very quickly…all chip dust.

Nah, just on random notepads and piles of paper. Probably printer and/or pen ink.

Tough to say for sure, but 5 days/week (I WFH and don't go in my office on the weekends) and I'd guess at least an hour of cumulative shuffling each day?

I wouldn’t show this thread to my employer
She might actually enjoy it, especially if I show side-by-side with mostly unused chips lol
