JACK fat hat tournament project (need plaque) (1 Viewer)

I normally like that size too. But I've got it in my head that because the chips are oversized, a plaque should be oversized too.
Although, as I said, the 60mm jeton is tempting, with that pricing.
I think I'll have to cut out some plaque sized pieces of paper, just to see how they look on the table with the chips.
I’ll post pictures later, pretty sure I have all the sizes.

I recently made an MSK plaque order. I was not charged an art setup fee as a separate line item on the invoice. However, shipping costs can be significant and they will also add a percentage fee for credit card/PayPal.

Metallic printing, serial numbering, and other security features will be extra.

How about using the 47mm “The Winner Club” chips?
I have a lot of specific, unbreakable rules for chipsets. One of them is that you can’t have a mixed set with 3 denoms from one set and one denom from a different set. UNBREAKABLE!!

Another rule is that no pretend chips are ever allowed. I’ve granted myself a narrow exception for this set, where I’m allowed one (and only one) pretend denomination, but only if it’s a big fancy plaque (or jeton,) for the highest denomination, designed to match the set.
I’m willing to listen to other suggestions, but I can only say that nothing involving a similarly sized clay chip is going to work.

if you think these rules are ridiculous, I won’t argue with you. All I can say is that I didn’t make them up - they come from universal truths that are beyond my control.

This is a correct observation. :)

What's a pretend chip / pretend denomination?

Relabels.
I don’t understand the point of owing real casino chips, if some of the chips are counterfeits or imposters. That’s just my own rule, and I realize that a lot of people don’t agree with it.
Another problem I have with relabels is that when I see them, they create a sort of dissonance inside my brain. Because I recognize the spot patter as a known, existing chip. And then I see the inlay, which is trying to tell me that the chip is something else.
I really dislike relabels.

Huh. Interesting perspective.

My only problem with relabels is that unless they're label-overs, they look like ass (because of the second recess created within the molded recess).
