Main Event Last Longer Bet.

When 27 pay we randomize the list. When the WSOP Main Event gets down to 27 players, we assign the list to the chip stacks. Then pay the top 4 finishers.

@BGinGA, for this one too, we're going to have to wait for the Main Event to be over...
