Not sure if I'll be in for any of these yet, however, since I was 1st to mention the idea of making them Bounty reverse combo back in post # 2, & that went over well, I'll add another 2 cents worth of ideas:
Perhaps consider doing them on 44mm , helps differentiate them, easier to see & keeps from blending or getting lost into a (drunk)player's stack , since they aren't part of the regular Torn or cash chips.. ... I currently have a set of almost dealer button sized bounty/seating chips as mentioned ... Personally I'd definitely grab some if they end up 44mm, but I already have seat/bounty chips so I'm just tossing out ideas for participants to ponder ...
2nd, ( but less important ), would be choosing a color less likely to match "regular" chipsets ( Avoid Green-Black-Lavender-Grey-White-Red & yellows) ....

Next steps:
  1. agree base color

Suggestions so far:

I´d like one color be pink.
Preferences and suggestions:
  • base color: not a 'standard' tournament color (i.e., not red/green/black/purple/yellow/orange/pink/gray), anything else is fine. Blue, perhaps?
If we consider this, I'd like to nominate chip colors - DG Peacock and Light Chocolate.
Would like to see a bright, unusual color for the chips.
I'm not picky on color/style... I'll let you guys figure that out. Although I do like @TheSnake's idea of a pink option. None of my tourney sets have any pink chips, so I'd be game for that!

If a crosshairs affair, silhouette of target or something else (imagine done by a chip artist and not hacked up by me)?

I have not had a chance to look at a "BOUNTY" text version yet

I also think my original idea of no mold is best. ;)

Realize I didn't put the 1 1/16" inlays on the rough mock up

Regarding the inlay, will it say "Table 1 / Seat 4" (color blind friendly) or will it only have the seat with the color of inlay defining the table?

My vote goes for Bounty text on one side, just a number on the other (I only want one set) and choosing colours - pink, light brown or yellow. No mold suits me.

Crude mock up of "BOUNTY" text one side, number on the flips idea.

I'made thinking a simple 'flourish' pattern to fill out the inlay space. Something similar to Toad's ceramic bounties:

...although that would be more rounded at top/bottom to better fit the inlay than my crude example.

I'm not sure about a crosshairs version. Not sure what direction that might take. I think my preference would be text.

FWIW: Not a huge fan of the scroll for whatever reason, and the crosshairs never really appeal to me. Glad we're back on the 39mm w/ larger inlays, though. :)

Also, "Toad's ceramic bounties" is the name of my new band.

How do we differentiate between tables?

Maybe numbers only for Table 1 (and people who only run one table), and then add "Table 2" and "Table 3" text to the other labels?

Just spitballing.

Inlay color would be different for each table.

I like the cross-hairs for the bounty. The pattern I could do without. Not sure how you fancy up the number side.

I still prefer all of the inlay colors to be the same and change the font color of the number to determine table number. I'm with BNM, the scroll does nothing for me. It might be simple but just removing the scrolls with no other changes makes it very nice. I like the bounty font and just a number, no other graphics look great in this case.

Ahhh... makes sense.

Different color inlay or different color font per @slisk250 ... either works for me.

I'm not a fan of the cross-hairs though. But that's just me... I like the "classic" look.

I don't understand why having "table 1/seat 5" isn't > colored font.

I think because putting the "table" wording on the label limits potential customer interest.

A specific color/label combo may not satisfy certain buyers, but by offering different colored labels with no text, buyers can mix/match chips at their pleasure, without being held to a specific "this can only be used for table two" chipset.

See what I mean? I hope I explained that clearly. :/

As long as one can tell the difference between the 'red' table chips and the 'green' table chips (those colors used only as examples), I really have no preference on how it's done -- via inlay color or numeral color. It just needs to be a very clear distinction, nothing subtle.

I'm curious why it would limit the potential customer interest. The color'd denom is unlikely to be enough to differentiate table imo. I think we should go for maximum clarity.

I think it looks busy. I would not buy any of them if they were includes more words over a color change for each table.
