I've had the Shuffletech for 2 years now. It has been used for about 6 hours weekly since we got it. So call it 600 hours of service so far.

Last night, it malfunctioned consistently to the point that it became unusable. It keeps boxing cards and getting stuck to where it just quits. Resetting the device will get it to work again, but it won't complete a 3-riffle cycle before bogging down again.

We tried cleaning it, and using different cards, but that didn't change anything. The problem seems to be that the main roller in the tray has lost it's friction and can't move the cards back and forth like it needs to. I'm going to try one more thorough cleaning, but if that doesn't work it'll have to be sent in for service.

I haven't seen any discussions on this topic, so wanted to ask my fellow ST owners:

How many hours are on your device? Have you had to send it it at any point?

Had one issue with mine, it was serviced under the warranty period.
It has been humming like a top for almost 3 years. It’s used around
6 hours a week .
