Does anyone know of anywhere to get decent custom hot-stamped chips while CPC is down? May just wait for CPC to reopen (lord only knowing when that will be), but would be open to finding something sooner if someone has a decent vendor (even if it is an abs chip--I know that's a sin here but oh well)

Buy some solids and have @Josh Kifer hot stamp them for you.
I'm so behind it's not funny and owe alot of people my time.
Your only "vendor" option is me. But I'm not reliable right now. Akchip and Ekricket are both wonderful hobby stampers, but as they aren't vendors, they pick and choose there jobs.
Us three are about it that I know of.
