Have 8 guys, $25 buy in, cash set .25-$1,000, would like a no limit structure that keeps people around and is done in 3ish hours.

Suggestions on starting stacks, blinds, etc...

What's the chip breakdown of the top end of your cash set ($25 and up)?

Go search T25 10k or 20k starting stack, divide everything by 100 and you can use your cash set as a tourney

Do some research on your own and not just asking to be spoon feed for everything
