They were never on sale. Jim found em at the bottom of the 100 buy in bag. I was shorted on the 100 buy in for the sale, so he replaced them with the 500's. I was able to find the 100's from another member 
Now I am going to try and host an annual tournament with a $500 buy in. lol, I will be playing solitaire! (n) :thumbsdown:

HA! I wish. I had to buy them all from the secondary market. One rack and one barrel at a time. I didn't get any from the chip room. I was working the forums and PMs daily. So was bergs. HQ however... I think he's the one with the secret handshake, as he somehow acquired more than me and bergs combined without working the forums.

I will never get de-sensitized to the awesome chips my friend. I peek into my storage cabinet now and it fills me up with happiness... hah.
Honestly, when I see a set available with a lot of high denominations I get really itchy. My 500's are kind of like an equivalent 5's to most cash sets I see here (because of the currency difference), where you need 3-4 racks of. It's not easy to find high denom's in quantity with a reasonable price, mint, etc.
Your Ritz set is awesome... I looked at it for sure... for me just not enough of the high denom's. GLWS!
