Somehow I don't think my wife would understand.

I am constantly amazed by the sets people are building. Great job everyone, keep 'em coming!

I have no intentions of keeping all of these but I can't make up my mind on which ones to keep.

If anyone picked up one of the non-WSOP tournament sets from the Black Friday sale I'd love to see some photos if you can take some please!

Well, this is what I've acquired. This set is all over the place with a mix of primary and secondary, and I can't keep all of it but I don't want to let any of it go either.

I am torn between primary and secondary for $25 and higher denoms. I decided not to buy secondary $25s (yet?) as they were still available for purchase. Not pictured are 100 solid THC chips to label as fracs, 15 extra $1, 5 extra $5 and 7 extra $25.

I also have a lot of cleaning to do (120 $1, 120 $5 and 200 primary $100 have not been cleaned)

Sorry for the wacky lighting as well. It's late and I kinda half-assed this.

Those are all very nice sets! I went a different way put together a 2500 chip set of roulettes. I just finished cleaning and organizing them. I need to get some new, matching racks and decide what sort of cases I want.

My group likes to play NLO8 and to have 8-10 racks of $0.25 chips on the table, with the next denomination being $25 chips. Quarters are easier to divide in the split-pot games.

I do have a question/request for the community: I would so love to have some pictures of these chips "in action" at the casino! Anyone have any pictures they could share?

Does anyone know if the roulette chips could be relabelled properly, or is it basically a printed ceramic chip?

Yes, they can. According to @Gear you would have to remove the original label first though, because the recess is not deep enough for adding a label on top. but this can be done easily. I got some of these chips as well, and I'm really impressed with how they feel. I would really consider these chips if I am ever to make a relabed budget set.

The labels are really stuck on the chips. I didn't try to remove one, but these soaked in hot water for 30minutes and the inlays are just fine.

I'm on the fence about labels for these:
1) I'm not sure the "idiots traveling poker club" players care; the casino reference on the label is kinda cool; labels are some money and a lot of work.

These guys play 1-3 games a week, and wear out most lesser gear:

1000 China clay pharaoh chips? Worn down to "casino used" status after 3 years of heavy play.

PCA secondary $25? Wearing down and getting black from other Paulson chips in the pot and racks transferred into their finish.

I'm hoping these both have a nice feel and hold up to the use and abuse!

Well, after a bunch of searching and a hefty credit card bill, I still didn't manage to finish this set the way I wanted to.

So naturally I just bought a full set so I didn't have to keep piecing one together one barrel at a time.

Here are all the glorious photos!

Oh yeah, none of the chips are cleaned or fit to be photographed yet. :ROFLMAO: I'm also hand cleaning them so it may take me a while. Stay tuned though :p

Not bad for my first set(s) of poker chips. More expensive than I could ever have imagined 4 months ago, but it's been worth it! Only regret is buying all of my secondary $1Ks on the secondary market instead of at the presale

But don't regret getting them :)

But I've already got both sets in play at my first couple hosted home games :D

Also pictured:
Perfectly color matched 25c labels from @Gear on the tri-moons
Awesome dealer buttons from @OldWestPokerSupplies group buy
Beautiful 8' table hand crafted and shipped from @T_Chan

Also played 3 handed with my brothers over the holiday. .25/.25 using the greens as .25 and the blacks as $1. Great chips!

Oily pile of snappers. These will be my quarters. I over do it on the oil then wipe them all down with a micro fiber towel.
