Our bomb pots are every 45 minutes. I buy a bunch of Fireball shooters and one goes into each bomb pot. Also, winner of the bomb pot picks the music for the next 45 minutes.

No blinds; dealer antes for everyone. On the first betting round, action starts to the left for draw and community card game (or whatever normal stud rules dictate). On subsequent streets, the last person to make an aggressive action is the first to act.

Not sure if this is that unique, but it's the first time I've experienced it. The person who invited me to this game said his in-laws play like this in Barcelona.
