1 table 8-10 people. 1 re-buy and usually start with around 130BB’sSounds like a tourney set then. How many people/tables do you need to cover, what's the starting stack you normally go with? Will give a better idea on how to answer.

To help us better answer your questions, as @Easylife started, we need more info. To start off with, you ought not draw a hard line in the sand on chip count, about 1000 chips is good to shoot for but depending on how many players you want to host, and how deep of stacks or length of tourney you're looking to host will all account for the chip count.
If you're looking to do both cash and tourney you should consider 2 sets, and likely have a similar chip count.
Tell us more of your ideal game you need chips for. How long would you want it to go, are you wanting to do deep stacks? Did you want to start the tourney with 5 or a 25 or 100 or even 500?
Okay im always worried about running out. What would u suggest for 1 table 8-10 people. 1 re-buy and usually start with around 130BB’sIf this is for tourneys, you don’t need anywhere near 1000 chips, unless you want to run 20-30 players.
This would be a good setup for up to 30 players (ideal for up to 20), and can handle plenty of rebuys or deep stacks:
25 x 250
100 x 250
500 x 125
1000 x 250
5000 x 125
400 chips will do itOkay im always worried about running out. What would u suggest for 1 table 8-10 people. 1 re-buy and usually start with around 130BB’s
400 chips will get it done for you easily, and you can expand your $/chip range.1 table 8-10 people. 1 re-buy and usually start with around 130BB’s

OP, you'll probably have to buy in x25 quantities, so you'll end up with 5 extra T25/T100 (and potentially T1K if you aim for x120), 15 extra T500, and possibly some extra 5Ks if you go with @Eriks' suggested breakdown, so you'd have those for backups, or allow you to open up 2nd rebuys since not everyone will rebuy twice, or even once.400 chips will do it
25 - 120
100 - 120
500 - 60
1k - 100-120
5k - 20-40
But that onky alows 1 buy in. Wouldnt i need 240 T25’s if everyone re-buys?12/12/5/6/0-2 starting stacks T10k or T20k
