#2; you mention "Rebuys" which are actually add-ons and you never mention the original min/max buy-in.
#5; I would change this to "Keep your larger denomination chips in front or on top of your stack".
#10; Should be "A single
oversized chip".
#12; "Verbal bets are binding" - I would make that "Verbal declarations are binding" (including folds, not only bets) and add one for acting out of turn, e.g. "Action out of turn is binding if the action does not change".
#15; "Keep burn cards in play" - shouldn't that be "keep burn cards separate from the muck"?
I don't like #17 at all. Is there a reason behind it?
All side game obligations are independent of poker chip stacks. If a player owes a side game payment (Squid Game, High Hand, Hot Hands, Nit Game, Bomb Pots, or any other promotion), they must pay in full regardless of chip count or elimination.
I would not be happy going out-of-pocket for debts incurred during a game. And what would happen if I have no cash left on me? Am I required to go hit up an ATM?
I would clean up the formatting a bit. Instead of numbers, I would use a descriptive header for each rule/rule section. They are a little hard to read right now and don't really "flow". The easier you make it to read, the more likely players will actually read it. I also like to add an explainer to select rules so that everyone knows the "why" behind it.
If you'd like to take a look at what I've done with my rules,
you can find them here. I can even share this as a template if you're interested.
