I've never watched this guy's content before, but I've seen 3coin on HCL and watch the Ontiltboys stuff once in a while for a laugh. Not sure what type of chips these are, at first glance I would guess some slugged plastic custom labels. I don't recognize the mold. Design isn't terrible. 5s remind me of JACK Detroit.
