Don't think I've ever seen wooden slots like that in a case before, only in the 'tray' style.

Also $135 for nearly 600 HHR's in decent shape + case!
 
Spinetti has a similar (smaller) case, though plastic not wood so obviously not as high quality:

I really like the case; the only thing I don’t like is that it cannot open completely flat. In fact, it barely opens halfway so it’s hard to keep open. It’s not the hinges, but the strip of material that connects the two halves inside the case.

That can be cut to allow the top half of the case to open completely.
 
I found the buyer -- sadly, he bought the auction to have the case haha.

IMO, these are the best cases. Slim profile and the plastic tray versions can leave black marks on the edges of the chips over time.

I was thinking about some sort of side hinge things that would allow the lid to stay at whatever position it was open to.
