I'm not an on purpose chip collector, but I happened through a series of fortunate events and ended up with a bunch.

When I was a young warthog, I couldn't figure what it was I wanted to do, or really, was good at. When poker found me, I was hooked. Spent a few years in Vegas as a low / middle stakes pro.

Cleaned up pretty good on pokerstars and partypoker in the early days, mostly plo. Moved to the east coast a decade ago, haven't played much since then. There's a new casino opening in Boston in June, I think i'm going to try my hand again.

Hmm, that sounds sweet but it'll be years before I could consider something like that. I'm downsizing, selling my chips, and house. Going sailing for a few lifetimes.

Some are for sale on eBay. I noticed someone else started a thread about one auction which contains some misinformation. I'll respond to it later, with pictures.
