Just wanted to reach out to everyone for some help and info on some recent additions that I've picked up.
I've tried to stay focused on 1-2 projects but I've found myself picking up random racks/chips/etc so it is what it is!

Chipping ain't easy.

I've recently picked up some HHR molds from a casino that was closed in Seattle Washington back in the early 2000's.
These were purchased in a lot from another local collector as I bought some CDI 98's from them along with several other different racks/singles/decks.
I'm not sure if they were ever used and I've included some pictures below. The $25's were picked up here but was only 1 barrel.
I'm curious to the value on them since I have a full rack of $1's and 4+ barrels of the $5's. Chips and colors are beautiful and haven't seen HHR colors like them.
Has anyone ever seen these out in the wild? Looks like most real casino HHR chips I see are only single chips and never any full racks or barrels.
I'm not 100% sure what I'm going to do with them yet but may make them available at some point.

Also, I picked up some Roman Weave mold chips as well. Pictures are attached of them too.
I've read several threads here about the mold being unusable now and they don't exactly pop up as often anymore. (Also saw the mold used in Rounders too)
I've got a couple of racks of the blue/orange chips (like 235 in total) and 64 of the black/green chips.
I'm curious on values and how often these chips pop up actually. They look like they would be perfect for hot stamps but maybe more too.
If anyone knows a collector of these molds, let me know as well.

Thank you for reading and appreciate any info!

- Ryan

Where in Bama? Happy to take a look if you’re close. Roman blanks are kinda swingy in prices. Sometimes they’re hot and bring a few bucks each. Sometimes they’re not and sell for < $1.

Hey Ryan - I just sent you a DM. I'd be interested at the right price point - unless another chipper here wanted them at a higher price and wanted to snag them. I'm around - let me know if you wanted to discuss.

My hometown is basically close to Auburn/Montgomery but I'm in Birmingham. What about you?

Cool to see another person from Bama around here!

Hey! Ok I will check it now!

My opinion, the HHR is a very cute little travel or heads up set… going to be hard to get anything more (or even the same) as what CPC would sell them for.

Same with the scroll mold chips, the blue/orange is charming and the fact it’s 2+ racks makes it possible for someone to add to an existing set… but…

All in all, nice chips, people will buy anything and everything around here, but might take same time.

HHR and old scroll molds seem to sell for .30 - 1.00+ the main factor being “playable set” or ability to add to an existing set.

The HHR look nice! I'd buy a set of those if they were available in a larger breakdown.

Roman mold looks nice, but doesn't handle well. One of my first sets of customs was on roman mold. I didn't really like they way they handled. Players at my game that are somewhat educated through me, were asking me questions like 'are these hollow?'. It was a smallish set, so ended up selling them. Shuffle them a bit and decide for yourself. HHR and many of the other molds handle nicely. Roman mold, not so much.

Appreciate all of the feedback everyone! Def helps to learn more about the different molds!

The HHR chips are def beautiful in color and wish I could find more to add on to them.

I don't mind selling them but I'd keep them myself before I sold them cheap. Just way too nice in person!

Plenty of HHR from casinos out in the wild and I feel like a lot of folks have a set, if only because they trade frequently in the classifieds. Pretty mold, and those are great colors, if a bit low on total quantity.

Roman Mold has a cult following that I don't fully understand, but I feel like they regularly go for $1.50/ea in the classifieds. I'm looking for a shuffle stack or a barrel myself, but they usually come up in bigger sets and someone scoops it within 3 minutes of posting, then there's three "Backup Dibs!" posts over the next hour. Part of the mystique is because they're quality chips and aren't made anymore (the physical mold wore out) so they have genuine scarcity unlike the HHR which is still made by CPC.
