I was just in Thailand and went into Laos from there. My buddies were just playing cards and got sent to questioning to pay a fine, I guess you can't even play cards, gambling must be a death sentance lmao. I was reading into it and the only time you can play cards is during a celebration of life and the birth, no in between.
