How do I send a direct message to a user?​

New members are required to have 3 posts before they can send or receive direct messages. Please be patient. Account upgrades occur automatically according to a predetermined schedule. It may take up to one hour to gain the ability to use direct messages (DMs) after making your 3rd post. Please do not make short and/or meaningless posts (aka post padding) to meet this requirement. It will get you banned.

Once you have the ability to use direct messages, simply click on the member's username, then "send direct message". You can also click on the envelope icon next to their username.

Where at in North Alabama? I have family about 30 minutes north'ish of Jasper.

I was in Wash DC for 15 years before here but have loved Huntsville, the people, amentities, and the lower cost of living.
